My baby is growing up!

Okay, so hes not really my baby :) this adorable little one belongs to Tera and Pete! But I did manage to steal some sweet sugar before turning him back over to his parents! Jack was such a little trooper as we made funny faces, sounds, and dances to get him to smile and look at the camera! Poor thing just wanted to sleep...but we managed to get some great shots before he closed his little peepers and fell asleep in mama's arms...and Tera, its not even midnight yet...so HAPPY BIRTHDAY again!!! I hope you like the pictures..there are a ton of great ones, I can't wait for you to see the rest! I'll have them up soon, I promise :)

After dating for sometime, Britney and Brett made the "final upgrade" in their relationship and tied the knot last weekend! Brett is a pilot for the USAF and the newlyweds are spending their honeymoon driving to Las Vegas where Brett is currently stationed. Melanie and Blake - Part II

Okay, so I'm back with more of Melanie and Blake's amazing wedding! For those of you who have asked, the ceremony was held at Peachtree Christian Church...the church was so incredibly beautiful, inside and out, and naturally provided for some incredible shots. The reception was held in the ballroom at the Biltmore. There was a lot of fun to go around at the reception :) I know I say it about every photoshoot, but I truly have so many favorites from every part of this wedding, I simply cannot post them all. So know that these provide a small snapshot of thier day and that there were so many other great details and moments captured...on a personal note, as I look back on these images, I am humbled to be reminded how much I LOVE what I do and how incredibly blessed I am to be able to do it. Melanie and Blake - Part I

This past weekend Melanie and Blake said "I do" and became Mr. and Mrs. :) The wedding so incredibly beautiful..the church was amazing, the reception was amazing...and Melanie was breath taking (Blake, you were handsome, too! You just didn't have the incredible cathedral length veil!) We took over 1500 pictures and it will take me a while to get through them all, so here's just a few until I can post some more...enjoy!

Sweet Baby Girl

You may remember my beautiful mommy-to-be from a few posts ago! Well, she is now the Mommy to a beautiful baby girl, Addison, who arrived ON HER DUE DATE (!), May 23rd! Addison definately wants everyone to know that she is here! She has a way of getting your attention and letting you know that she may be little, but she has a mind of her own! She has a cute way of furrowing her eyebrows like she's concentrating real hard..its super cute :) Here area few from the shoot..I can't wait to watch this little angel grow...Congratulations on your precious new addition!

Arin and Chad

Arin and Chad's special day had a lot of personal and unique touches. First of all, Arin's shoes rocked! Just check them out! Then, they had cupcakes for the brides cake! How cool is that? A vintage car they affectionately called "hooptie" was their farewell ride and made a great backdrop for some fun photos! Their wedding was just as fun as they are...here's a peek!

We traveled to Alabama to photograph Katie and Scott's wedding. The ceremony was held at the quaint little church where they first met! It rained on us...almost all day...but despite the weather we were able to venture outside and take a few pictures...here are just a few from their day!

Celebrate Mother's Day

I LOVE my job as a photographer...but more than anything, I love my job as a MOM. And I think that ALL mothers are BEAUTIFUL because mothers raise and nuture the future...that is a BIG responsibility! So God had to make mothers extra strong to carry the weight of that responsibility, but He also had to make us tender enough to kiss boo boos. He had to make us so we could manage a household, manage a job and manage dinner. Mothers are not just "moms", we are also taxi drivers, hair dressers and counselors. Mothers come in all different shapes and sizes and colors. Just like snowflakes, no two mothers are exactly the same but ALL mothers are BEAUTIFUL. There are new mothers, experienced mothers, grandmothers, step mothers, expecting mothers...and I want to CELEBRATE all of you...

So, I am going to run my first STUDIO SPECIAL and its going to be JUST FOR MOMS. If you are a mom, you are so important and so special that your life deserves to be documented.
